After the 12-hour window, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
2. Conditions

The refund request must be submitted in writing via email to support@techxpert.in with proof of payment.

Only payments made directly to Techxpert Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. are covered under this policy.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases

Once project work has commenced (planning, resource allocation, or initial development), the payment becomes non-refundable, even if the request falls within the 12-hour period.

Payments made for domain, hosting, third-party licenses, or digital ads are strictly non-refundable.
4. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, clients are encouraged to reach out to our customer support team. We aim to resolve issues amicably and fairly.
